This is to allow online users to search for a wild surge while online. I am attempting to allow more users to access online documents while they may be gaming.
NOTE: Original table file of Wild Surges is available on ftp.mpgn.com. I could not find any reference to those who created them. If you know, then please let me know so I can give them proper credit!
